About Thrive Hydration At Thrive Hydration, we believe that optimal wellness starts from within. Our mission is to help our clients feel their best through personalized IV hydration and nutrient therapy designed to support energy, recovery, immunity, and overall well-being. As healthcare professionals with deep roots in Colorado, we combine evidence-based medical care with a holistic approach to health and wellness. Meet Shelby Shelby is a Colorado native, born and raised in Denver, with a passion for helping others live healthier, more vibrant lives. Before entering emergency medicine, she studied clinical herbalism and natural medicine, developing a strong appreciation for the body's ability to heal when given the right support. For more than six years, Shelby has worked as an EMT, gaining extensive experience in emergency and patient care through roles with Apex Paramedics, St. Anthony Hospital, and Children's Hospital Colorado. Her diverse medical background, combined with her foundation in natural medicine, gives her a unique perspective on wellness and preventative care. Outside of work, Shelby enjoys spending time outdoors and taking advantage of everything Colorado has to offer. Meet Sasha Sasha is a Registered Nurse with more than eight years of healthcare experience. She began her nursing career in a cardiology clinic in Vail, Colorado, where she developed a strong foundation in cardiovascular health and patient-centered care. After relocating to Denver, she worked at Swedish Medical Center, further expanding her clinical expertise. Today, Sasha serves as a Pediatric Home Health Nurse Manager, where she is dedicated to supporting children, families, and healthcare teams. Raised in Minturn, Colorado, Sasha has a lifelong love for the mountains and can often be found hiking, camping, and exploring Colorado's incredible outdoors during her free time.
